A complete range of high quality solder pastes, available for dispensing or screening applications.

ESP pastes and creams in the range are suitable for fine pitch work and are available as RMA, Water Soluble and No Clean compounds. ESP Advanced Solder Creams are made to strictly quality assurance standards and are manufactured to meet or exceed the requirements of Joint Industry Standards.

Key features include excellent print resolution and reproducibility to 12 mil pitch. Up to 24 hours of print life and 8 hours of tack time.

ESP solders provide exceptional consistency from lot to lot.

ESP Advanced Solder Creams in No Clean Low Residue, RMA and Water Soluble flux systems have a wide operating window for printing and reflowing. Recommended processing conditions are noted. Variations are acceptable and are a function of board complexity and specific process equipment.
