HW Technologies provides support from our Service Engineers that carry the knowledge and equipment to assist with all problems. We are supported not only by Mydata in Sweden with 24 hour telephone support, but engineering support from their Asia Pacific branch in Singapore.

If the problems are very serious, the Application Centers are backed by Mydata’s global Technical Center in Sweden. Our ultimate goal is to provide our customers with complete service solutions, not just quality products.

Our technical support covers all services needed whenever immediate and unplanned service is required. The focus is on quick and accurate responses and deliveries. With just a phone call, e-mail or an on-site visit, we solve your problem and have your machine up and running in no time. When you need a site visit we will be there fast with spare parts, minimising lost production costs.

In addition to the Technical Support provided by HW Technologies, MYDATA provides the customer with simple communication tools decreasing the response time and thereby keeping the customer's administration costs to a minimum.
